What do I need to bring to get into the event?

Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the event.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Of course, but they will need their own ticket as well. Only valid ticket holders will have access to the Jacksonville Business Conference.

Is there accessible seating?

The Hyatt Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida, offer accessibility services including wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, and elevators. The Jacksonville Business Conference will have specified seating for those in need of it. Please email jaxeliteexpo@gmail.com with your name and confirmation number.

Will I be allowed to record the event?

No, you cannot record the entrie event. You can record small clips for promotional use.

What is the ticket refund policy?

All sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes, there is a room block and discounts for King or Double Queen rooms. Please email jaxeliteexpo@gmail.com for the discount code and further instructions.

What is the dress code for the event?

We suggest business casual for the event. Our event space may be on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater or jacket if you think you may need it.

Will we be able too meet the speakers?

Platinum and Diamond attendees will be able to meet speakers and have a chance for a photo opp.
